Senior Product Support Integration Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Global Services E-7A Product Support Engineering Team** is seeking a **Senior Support Integration Specialist**. This position is based in **Tukwila, WA** and will report directly to the BGS E-7A Sustainment Chief Engineer. Primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership to the Product Support Engineering Team and be the primary interface for supporting execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement. The BGS E-7A Product Support team is a growing team, and the USAF E-7A Program is very early in its lifecycle, so this is an exciting opportunity to really shape the future of E-7A sustainment. **Position Responsibilities:** * Oversee establishment of USAF E-7A support requirements, cost, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans * Review program and engineering change proposals and consult on the assessment of product support impact * Represent USAF E-7A Product Support in engineering and safety review boards * Monitoring execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement * Provide Design for Supportability influence and represent the customer's sustainment perspective * Champion the research and development of new Services and Support technologies to enhance competitive advantage **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Experience in military commercial derivative aircraft programs * 3+ years of experience interacting with US government customers at the operational level * 3+ years of experience working with aircraft systems * Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication * Ability to travel 10% of the time **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Extensive knowledge of Product Support Elements * Experience leadi
