Must Have
Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance for which the U. S. Government requires U. S. Citizenship, Ability to obtain program access, for which the U. S. Government requires U. S. Citizenship only, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, 5+ years of experience working across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), organizations, programs and/or functions, 5+ years of experience in a leadership position (e.g. , project leadership, team leadership, program leadership), 5+ years of experience with test events including: planning, coordinating and executing cyber events (e.g. , test, risk assessments, incident response), 5+ years of experience with incident response, vulnerability assessments and/or penetration tests, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62 is required
Nice to Have
An active U. S. Secret Security Clearance (U. S. Citizenship Required). (A U. S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active), Experience building and standing up cyber functions (e.g. , Penetration Test Teams, Incident Response Teams), Experience authoring processes and procedures
What You'll Do.
Lead the planning and development of cyber test events for avionics systems
Leverage software and/or systems engineering experience to build new testing tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements
Develop and maintain test documentation
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements and risk mitigation
Design and drive the development of new tactics
techniques and procedures
Develop and mature enterprise cyber T&E best practices and solutions
Participate in enterprise-wide security assessments to include risk
vulnerability and penetration tests
Support incident response activities
Mentor and guide product security engineers in domain of expertise
