Bachelor's degree in Food Science, 10+ years CPG experience, 10+ years food retail experience, 6+ years consumer goods production facility experience, HACCP certification, PCQI certification, Advanced knowledge of Product/Food Safety, Advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance, Advanced understanding of Retail product lifecycle, Project leadership skills, Cross-functional team leadership skills, Expert ability to leverage market understanding, Knowledge of WFM operations, Ability to travel up to 30%, Ability to work with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Graduate degree in science, Experience with natural and organic foods, GFSI auditing experience, Quality Systems auditing experience, Product Safety Auditing Experience, Experience with specification databases, Experience with Product Lifecycle Management Systems, Sensory evaluation experience, Sensory evaluation skills
