Must Have
Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, science, medicine, or a related technical discipline, Minimum five years of professional experience, including relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, PM certification (APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP), Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in regional or global matrix organizations, background in supply chain, strategy, and financial management across the product life cycle, Demonstrated leadership ability in complex, multicultural, and changing environments, Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Additional language skills beyond English, Association for Supply Chain Management certification: Certified in Production and Inventory Management or Certified Supply Chain Professional
