Experience with finance operations, data engineering, and financial systems, Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, Ability to turn competing demands into clear priorities, Ability to ensure team's capacity is spent on the work that matters most, Ability to own the product strategy, backlog, and roadmap for Finance Data, Ability to cover data pipelines, dbt models, reporting foundations, billing/settlement data flows, and platform governance, Ability to shape messy, cross-functional demand into clear problem statements, trade-offs, and delivery-ready scope, Ability to make prioritisation calls across operational run-support, technical debt, compliance, and new strategic delivery, Ability to communicate the 'why' clearly, Ability to protect engineering focus by improving intake, reducing reactive noise, and raising the bar on how work enters the team, Ability to partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Finance, FP&A
Nice to Have
