What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, minimum of five years as a Product Owner or equivalent role, knowledge and experience with commercial insurance products, Successful track record with Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
Applicable certifications preferred (e.g. SAFe PO/PM, CSPO or PSPO)

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with business stakeholders across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and other functions; Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects; Work directly with Product Management, business stakeholders and technical/product teams; Collaborate with Product Managers and other Senior Product Owners and other Product Owners; Build a trusting and safe environment within the team, customers, and other stakeholders
Communication Scope
Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
Process & Methodology
Lead the Agile team to define, prioritize, and sequence work from design through development and implementation, Facilitates Product Backlog Refinement, Reviewing and updating backlog item definition, Developing acceptance criteria and value statements, Analyzing ways to split backlog items into smaller chunks of incremental value, Establish their capacity allocation
