Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, 5–8+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent delivery roles within Data & Analytics, 3+ years operating as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments, supporting PI planning and multi-team delivery, understanding of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data platforms (BigQuery), Proficiency with Jira and Agile planning tools, Working knowledge of SQL and data concepts, Proven ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder environments, English required
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification, Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish)

**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Compensation** $_100,000 - $150,000_ **Purpose** The **Senior Product Owner** is an experienced delivery leader within the Business Intelligence Center (BIC), responsible for owning the delivery and continuous improvement of complex data and analytics products across multiple Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) teams. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, translating product strategy into executable work, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent value delivery at scale.
