Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and evolve the long-term product vision aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Own, prioritize, and continuously refine product roadmaps and feature backlogs. Lead end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform product decisions and improvements. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication across all stages of delivery. Gather, structure, and maintain product requirements, ensuring clarity and up-to-date documentation. Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure transparency on progress and priorities. Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and product development practices. Ensure product quality, UX consistency, and alignment with user expectations and internal standards. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the gambling or betting industry. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Solid understanding of product discovery, delivery frameworks, and prioritization techniques. Ability to analyze data, including market trends, user behavior, and competitor insights. Basic technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS, PHP, GO, XML) to ensure effective communication with development teams. Strong UX/UI understanding with the ability to contribute to product experience improvements. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus. Familiarity with Figma and customer development practices is considered an advantage. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
