Job Title: Senior Product Operations Manager Department: Product Development About the Role: The Senior Product Operations Manager is a leader responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across the product organization. This role partners closely with Product and Technology leadership as well as cross-functional leadership to identify, design, implement, and evolve processes that empower teams to deliver high-impact products efficiently and effectively. The Senior Product Operations Manager partners with stakeholders to shape how we plan, execute, and measure success across the product lifecycle. You are equally comfortable operating at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, influencing decision-making, leading change, and translating strategy into scalable systems that accelerate innovation. What You'll Do: Product Operations & Release Ownership: Own and improve release operations across all products to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Coordinate release planning and execution, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across teams. Communicate release plans, risks, and changes clearly to ensure cross-functional alignment. Product User Analytics & Engagement: Supports Pendo administration and tagging efforts across the platform, including creating/managing feature tags, validating implementation accuracy, and maintaining consistency in tracking standards and naming conventions. Process Optimization & Workflow Governance: Refine product development and release processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Define and govern Product and Engineering Jira workflow standards, ticket hygiene requirements, and operational processes. Monitor enterprise-wide compliance across the ticket ecosystem, define Airfocus/Jira views, and analyze KPIs to measure adherence, data quality, and process effectiveness.
