What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7+ years in a Product Operations, Product Management, Product Owner or Scrum Master role within a growing SaaS software company, Demonstrated success in building or significantly evolving Product Operations, experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and frameworks, Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (or equivalent), Experience implementing product analytics tools (Pendo strongly preferred), Capable of building and deploying custom GPTs to enhance workflows, Highly effective in partnering with engineering teams
