Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Solid understanding of market research, customer insights, and data analysis, Experience working closely with product management and supporting the product lifecycle, Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to team development

MBA or advanced degree
What You'll Do.
Driving the go-to-market strategy for Deel's HR business vertical and related product lines
Developing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches
and market expansions
Conducting market and customer research
Creating clear and compelling messaging and positioning
Supporting and leading components of product launches
Developing sales enablement tools
Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
Contributing to Deel’s presence at industry events
and marketing programs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a key partner between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to support alignment and effective communication; Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enable product success; Partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, customer success) to ensure execution and market impact; Partner with the Customer Marketing team to leverage customer insights and feedback
