What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of Product Management experience ideally in SaaS or automation platforms, Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment, Proven experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms, Deep Understanding of Workflow builders, automations and no-code or low-code platforms, Deep Understanding of Product funnels: activation, retention, and reducing time to value, Deep Understanding of Identifying friction points in UX and translating feedback/support data into product decisions, Deep Understanding of Cross-team platform work: enabling other product teams through triggers, actions, and integrations, Deep Understanding of Working with engineering on large-scale frontend + backend architecture (especially builder-like UIs), Deep Understanding of Running feature discovery and validation loops with beta users, Deep Understanding of Partnering closely with design to simplify complex systems and reduce cognitive load, Deep Understanding of Writing clear, structured PRDs and communicating roadmap tradeoffs to stakeholders, Deep Understanding of Analyzing data from tools like Superset, Pendo or Tableau to inform product decisions
Nice to Have
Experience working on workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus, Familiarity with workflow automation platforms is a plus
