Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people worldwide daily. We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/ARPG featuring a well-known IP. You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases. What You Will Do Strategic Planning and Execution: Oversee the feature lifecycle, managing product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting. Player's Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Demonstrate sound product judgment to formulate strategies and set clear, measurable objectives for achieving business goals. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal, proactive team member; communicate complex ideas clearly; and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
