Lay the groundwork for future innovation across our payments journey
Define a strategy and product roadmap to create the best payments experience based on deep customer insights
Create buy-ins for the strategic vision and product roadmap
both internally with senior leadership and with partners
Create and define innovative business
product and customer experience concepts required to achieve the strategic vision
Partner with the payments partnerships team to achieve the vision and target performance and cost optimisations
Work with extended team of partner managers
customer service and operations team members cross-functionally to ensure we implement the business vision efficiently
Manage the overall product and feature roadmap and backlog
prioritization of features and trade-offs among customer experience
product performance and operational support load
Write detailed product requirement documents and ensuring clear communication exists with the business
