4+ years of product management experience, proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers, customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, partnering with go-to-market teams, ability to see how various products and features should fit together, analytical skills to justify the approach being taken, deeply curious, empathetic, user-centric, knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders, ability to bring a product roadmap to life, consistent execution, project management, Excellent communication both written and verbal, effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives, Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work, demonstrating curiosity, willingness to learn, sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact

As a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. Specifically, that means that you will own the customer voice for your product area, and therefore will be the decision maker for prioritization for your cross-functional team of designers and engineers. You’ll also be responsible for collaborating more broadly with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deeply serve customers throughout their Vanta journey. The Test Experience team helps customers understand their compliance posture, catch drift and misconfiguration, fix issues quickly, and build audit-ready evidence. As the PM for Test Experience, you'll own a roadmap centered on helping customers surface compliance gaps fast, resolve issues through automated and agentic means, and generate the right evidence for any audit. You’ll join a mature team, the Automation product group, which manages the core platform through which customers bring data into Vanta via integrations and transform it into compliance and trust outcomes.
