Key job responsibilities • Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) work-stream. • Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and organizations. • Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams. • Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders. • Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results. * Lead the development of new product(s) vision, strategy and roadmap. * Work with engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for new products/services that enable product development scalability. * Authors Working Backwards documents [PRFAQ]. * Proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact the product roadmap. * Define business requirements.
