With Print On Demand (POD), we envision a world where customers can buy any book in any language and, where publishers and authors can distribute their titles without having to hold physical inventory, where every book is always “in-stock” and customer orders are manufactured in real-time and delivered on-time, helping the environment by only printing books readers want. About the role: We are seeking an industry-leading Senior Product Manager - Technical to drive the roadmap for our Print on Demand operators, who rely on our management tools for daily critical operations. You’ll define and deliver the Operations management experience, and you’ll use the latest technologies to develop management tools, recommendations and automations, and data visualizations to generate actionable insights. As a Senior Product Manager Tech, you’ll make our new Native AWS manufacturing software easy to adopt and to operate. You’ll partner closely with software, hardware, big data, AI/ML, Operations, and user experience teams to deliver the best experience for our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent product, problem solving and communication skills and be able to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The candidate will be at ease dealing with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives while staying on top of tactical execution, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
