The Defect Prevention & Reconciliation (DP&R) organization builds innovative enterprise level technology products for minimizing defects in Amazon’s Global fulfilment supply chain by monitoring, detecting, or preventing defects from entering the supply chain. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills coupled with strong track record of launching needle-moving enterprise level products and solutions – from conceptualization and ideation to worldwide launch and adoption. The role will lead end-to-end development of products and tools to minimize pre-receive supply chain defects that materially impacts perfect inventory placement and associated transportation costs, and world-wide expansion of these tools/products across all Amazon locations. You will be co-located with an exceptional Tech-team and will partner closely with the team to prioritize solutioning and delivering products that delight our sellers. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, seller success, and operational excellence, requiring a leader who can navigate complex challenges with clarity and purpose. As the single-threaded owner of this highly visible program, you'll dive deep into the intricate world of inbound supply chain defects, crafting innovative solutions that impact millions of customers and sellers globally.
