Own performance metrics and success criteria for products
Work with WW business development leads
Navigate existing business logic and feature sets
Define requirements for new products and features
Create sustainable cross-functional and cross-product mechanisms
Drive expansion and innovation
Monitor product and business health
Reduce defects and improve business performance
Improve products that will benefit creators and Amazon
Own the tools automating compensation changes
Conduct complex business analyses
Identify opportunities to drive growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
