Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, 6+ years of technical product or program management experience, Experience leading product development start to finish, Experience writing and publishing technical documents, Experience blending product and program management skills, 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered customer-facing features, Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale, Experience in written and oral communication, Experience in B2B / enterprise hardware-software platforms, Experience with edge AI and on-device inference, Experience working with engineering teams across multiple time zones, Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
Nice to Have
Multi-lingual fluency is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own AI product surface end-to-end
Translate AI strategic POV into roadmap
Define features to ship and order
Serve as Voice of the Customer for AI
Distinguish stated AI requests from outcomes
Make build/wait decisions across AI capabilities
Separate durable differentiators from table-stakes
Partner with engineering at architecture level
Participate in design reviews
Probe model selection
Probe AI-specific failure modes
Define API and data requirements for AI features
Drive senior leadership alignment on AI strategy
Develop playbook for AI-native digital signage
Define AI-native platform look and feel
Establish success metrics
Distinguish output from outcome
Coordinate AI feature requirements with internal teams
and develop product managers
