Must Have
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, At least 3 years in innovation strategy and execution
Nice to Have
Supervisory experience preferred, Graduate degree preferred, Experience in CRM or other sales enablement product management highly desired, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Product Management certifications from Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM

Promote consistent approach to decisions
Drive connection across internal and external stakeholders
and implementation of new products
Define and analyze markets
Develop detailed product features and requirements
Develop implementation plans
Employ qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
Improve the user experience
Participate in ongoing business planning
Participate in departmental prioritization activities
Participate in special projects
Manage the entire product life cycle
Ensure alignment with organizational goals
Ensure alignment with customer needs
Conduct market research
Analyze consumer trends
Identify opportunities for product innovation
Identify opportunities for product enhancement
