Team & Collaboration

operate as the senior product voice for retention across engineering, design, and commercial leadership; work in a trio with a engineering lead and an experienced product designer; regular exposure to Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Risk, Finance, and Exco; partner with growth and data teams; work in a tight trio with engineering and design; Align senior stakeholders including Exco, Sales leadership, and key merchants; Be a credible technical partner to engineering; comfortable in the details with engineers; value regular, in-person collaboration with your team and wider stakeholders
