What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study, 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities, technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration, Proven track record of managing products, innovation, Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, Solid understanding of Agile practices

Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus, familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus, Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products
