What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of product management experience, track record of shipping B2C experiences that drive engagement and habit formation, Comfortable with experimentation, behavioral design, and data-driven optimization, Excellent communicator and able to rally engineers, designers, and clinicians around the member voice, Passionate about building healthcare experiences that are as intuitive and delightful as the best consumer apps

Nice to Have

Background in digital retail pharmacy or PBM member experiences, Experience with regulated markets (Medicare) or pharmacy data standards, Hands-on exposure to AI-powered product development or prototyping, Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MPH, technical discipline)
