This strategic role will drive the digital transformation of career development for 150,000 public officers, revolutionising how competencies are managed, careers are discovered, and workforce planning is executed across government agencies. As the Senior Product Manager for OTEP, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for a platform that aims to democratise career growth opportunities develop and maximize the potential of the existing workforce. Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the OTEP platform Drive product vision alignment with Singapore's Public Service transformation goals and workforce planning objectives Establish product governance frameworks and development best practices for the talent engagement ecosystem Consider and assess policy implications of new system implementations and recommend adaptive approaches to ensure seamless integration across agencies Platform Development & Integration Oversee the architecture and integration of
