You will be an integral member of the Product Development and Management team, supporting product innovation, development, shelf management, and strategic priorities for our Managed Solutions offering. This includes developing and implementing new product initiatives, managing product enhancements, and advancing other key business initiatives across CIBC Asset Management’s product platforms. You will be responsible for managing the product lineup, considering sales and client feedback, market data, and the broader competitive landscape. You will play a key role in the product development and management strategy, collaborating with teams across the organization — including sales, marketing, portfolio management, and operations. You will provide analytical support and leverage a thorough understanding of products, pricing plans, client segments, and competitive market behaviour to develop and recommend plans and tactics that optimize the product mix, enhance client experience, and help clients achieve their ambitions.
