What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 - 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a high-growth B2C tech company or an OTA, User-Centric Mindset: ability to identify consumer needs and translate them into great UX/UI., AI-First & Builder Mindset: You think natively in AI, not as an add-on., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels., Technical proficiency, including familiarity with design tools (e. g. , Figma) and analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Clevertap)., Execution Excellence: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality features in an agile environment
