Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the integrations platform, ensuring alignment with ecosystem growth, partner needs, and business objectives. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integration products, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable API frameworks, integration patterns, and developer-facing platform capabilities. Partner with financial institutions, fintech providers, and internal stakeholders to build and prioritize integrations with banking, lending, CRM, and digital onboarding systems. Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable development plans. Drive adoption of integrations by improving developer experience, documentation, onboarding flows, and platform usability. Support the evolution of an AI-enabled integration ecosystem, including intelligent automation and agent-based capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in Product Management, technical product roles, or software engineering, ideally in platform or API-driven environments. Strong experience working with APIs, integration architectures, and REST-based services. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with basic familiarity with web technologies (JSON, APIs, HTML/CSS). Exposure to financial services, fintech platforms, or banking systems is highly preferred.
