What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in Product Management, 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product, Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts, Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams, Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies, Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers, Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components – like Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, and VMs – and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms, Experience with AI tools

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Grafana leadership; Interact with 100% remote and globally distributed teams; Bridge Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM; Facilitate free flow of information across teams; Work closely with PMM to enable GTM; Work with Engineering and Design teams

You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research, and you will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders.
