Must Have
7+ years of experience in Product Management, 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product, Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts, Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams, Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies, Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers, Experience with AI tools

Enable GTM on product differentiation
Create and update presentations
Update website content
Make decisions on GTM strategies

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Grafana leadership; Interact with 100% remote, globally distributed teams; Bridge Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM; Facilitate free flow of information; Work with engineering partners; Build consensus across Engineering groups and stakeholders; Work closely with PMM; Work with Engineering and Design teams
