What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in Product Management, 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product, Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts, Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams, Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies, Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers, Experience with AI tools

Develop product vision and strategy

Ensure long-term success of Infra O11y
Fine-tune product strategy with engineering
Chart path for net-new product initiatives
Maintain roadmap and customer satisfaction
Conduct heavy customer discovery
Understand user needs
Build consensus and alignment
Simplify Infra O11y experience
Build conviction in GTM areas
Inform pricing and packaging activities
Ensure experiences woven into Grafana Cloud suite
Establish integration touchpoints
Transform ideas into product vision
Empathize with customer problems
Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering
Provide evidence for tradeoffs and priorities
Enable GTM on product differentiation
Create and update presentations
Make decisions about go-to-market strategies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Grafana leadership; Interact with 100% remote and globally distributed teams; Bridge Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM; Facilitate free flow of information across teams; Work with engineering partners; Build consensus and alignment across Engineering groups; Work with PMM to enable GTM; Work with Engineering and Design teams
Communication Scope
Ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively; Proactive communication is essential; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders; Articulate models in human-readable terms
