What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7+ years in Product Management, Demonstrated experience at an "Advanced" level (P4), Subscription models of consumer-facing products, Pricing & packaging strategies, Paywall optimization, Ability to tailor communication for technical and non-technical audiences, Advanced ability to lead product decisions, Ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments, Proven experience operating in a high-velocity environment, Ability to consistently maintain a prioritized backlog, Advanced proficiency in product analytics tools, Ability to independently build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves, Diagnose drop-offs and quantify opportunity size, Experience in defining and maintaining event tracking schemas, Qualitative research skills, Ability to connect qualitative insights with quantitative signals, Experience identifying and leveraging behavioral levers, Deep understanding of front-end systems and experimentation constraints, Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
Nice to Have
Experience working in the career or job search industry, Proven track record of results working with high-traffic sites, Advanced A testing, Fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, and data synthesis, Expertise in payment success rate optimization and fraud prevention, Understanding of subscription and payment regulations and compliance
