Full Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager I to lead the strategy, development and ongoing optimization of our B2B sourcing products on Monster. As a high-leverage force multiplier, you will own the full product lifecycle - from ideation and roadmap development to go-to-market execution and continuous improvement - ensuring our customers have the most effective and value-driven tools available to easily source, connect, and engage with the right candidates to fulfill their needs. You will be working cross-departmentally to develop, launch and test new capabilities, that you will then be responsible for rolling out across the organization. This is a key, high-impact role for BOLD and one that requires strategic partnership with leadership. ABOUT THIS TEAM The B2B team builds products demonstrated experience owning cross-functional strategies and shipping major products and services at scale, with multi-brand and/or global considerations. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize insights from data, customer feedback, user research, and market intelligence to inform product strategy, recommendations and drive actions. Experience with agile methodologies, product development tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Looker, Mixpanel), and experimentation frameworks. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance rapid execution, customer impact and long-term innovation. High-agency operator who converts ambiguous goals into a concrete plan and makes progress without waiting for perfect alignment. Demonstrated ability to pull context directly from customers, sales, support, analytics, and engineering, then convert it into clear priorities and requirements.
