To lead and execute effective brand strategies for the assigned hematology/oncology products, including new product or indication launches, while managing existing portfolio performance. The role aims to drive sustainable business growth through impactful marketing programs and cross-functional collaboration. **Main responsibilities** * Develop and implement high-quality, high-impact brand marketing plans tailored to local market needs and clinical practices. * Lead launch planning and execution for new products or indications in hematology. * Manage existing product sales and drive portfolio growth. * Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, market access and supply teams to ensure launch readiness and commercial success. * Coordinate promotional and educational activities, including PR, symposia, and communications with medical societies. * Monitor A&P expenses and ensure alignment with financial records. * Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets; support sales teams to achieve objectives. * Work with Sales Manager on territory alignment and target setting to maximize market potential. * Maintain regular contact with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support brand positioning and secure reimbursement. * Ensure sales training materials are updated and aligned with product positioning and key messages. **About you** * Bachelor’s degree in Science. * Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in hematology/oncol
