What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. S. (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or a related technical field, 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of hardware platforms, infrastructure, or internal tools, Demonstrated experience partnering with highly technical engineering teams and driving products from concept through delivery, Proven track record to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements in developer productivity or system performance, Experience working with large-scale infra deployments, including challenges related to performance, collaboration, and developer productivity, Solid understanding of source control systems (Git, Perforce) and code collaboration workflows such as branching strategies, code reviews, and large-scale merges, Analytical approach, including defining success measures, tracking adoption, and finding opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across multiple geo-distributed teams, Track record of driving adoption of internal platforms and influencing engineering culture (developer productivity, code health, review practices, versioning standards)

NVIDIA's SOC Hardware Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our internal infrastructure and tools used across ASIC HW development! This role will drive the platform’s expansion to meet the needs of diverse operational models across ASIC HW and larger teams. Hardware Infrastructure serves as the foundational platform for ASIC chip development. We build and operate the systems, environments, and tools that enable hardware engineers to design, simulate, validate, and tape out chips effectively. In addition, we support aggressive adoption of AI in chip design to accelerate development of new products.
