Full Job Description
## What You'll Do Own key growth levers in the discovery, signup, activation and promotional surfaces. Deliver the highest-impact opportunities across consideration, sign up and life cycle decision points, and then improve them. Run experiments end-to-end. Form the hypothesis, design the test, ship it, read the results, and roll out what works. Build and scale growth loops. Optimize our engagement and growth loops that compound over time. Improve activation and retention. Get customers to value faster, and give them reasons to stay. Partner across the company to ship fast. Work directly with engineering, design, data, and marketing to move growth changes quickly across web and app. Build the tools growth depends on. Work with engineering on the experimentation setup, event tracking, and lifecycle tooling the team needs to learn from every change. ## Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of product management experience, with several years focused on growth — owning acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization. You’ve built and scaled growth or acquisition systems before, with measurable results. You own experiments end-to-end and are fluent with product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) — you define the metric, design the test, and read the results yourself. Strong with data and paired with real-world product judgment and empathy for users; you know when to trust the numbers and when to trust qualitative signals. You know when to take a big swing with limited data versus optimize what already works, and can explain your reasoning. You move fast and operate with high ownership in a fast-changing environment. A strong communicator who can align engineering, design, data, and marketing without formal authority.
