drive impact across our full revenue funnel; evolve how customers discover, evaluate, purchase, and subscribe to and recommend products; identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities across ecommerce and subscription monetization; align roadmap priorities with business goals; Drive e-commerce performance; enhance customer experience and business performance; Evolve subscription strategy end-to-end; Identify and prioritize opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion; turn Nanit’s engaged parent community into scalable acquisition and retention engine; deliver high-impact customer experiences and timely product delivery; making smart tradeoffs for maximum impact.

Eligibility Requirements

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC office up to 3 days per week.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ yrs of product management experience, in ecommerce/DTC and/or subscription product companies

Nice to Have

Experience at a consumer hardware, connected device, or hardware + software/subscription company is strongly preferred (e. g. , baby tech, wearables, connected home, health/wellness devices).

What You'll Do.

manage the end-to-end DTC shopping experience on nanit. com

Drive e-commerce performance through funnel optimization

and Shopify platform management

Manage the Shopify platform and third-party integrations

identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience and business performance

Lead the ecommerce side of new product launches

including landing pages

launch-day experience

and post-launch optimization.

Evolve subscription strategy end-to-end: conversion

with a clear point of view on how each lever ladders up to LTV

Identify and prioritize opportunities for upsell

and revenue expansion within the existing subscriber base

Develop product-led growth initiatives that turn Nanit’s engaged parent community into scalable acquisition and retention engine through referrals

and community driven experiences

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

partner closely with cross functional teams to align roadmap priorities with business goals; Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact customer experiences and timely product delivery; effective at working with marketing, growth, engineering, design, ops, and customer success, especially in areas with shared ownership

Communication Scope

Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.; Clear communicator - equally comfortable presenting a roadmap to leadership and writing detailed user stories for engineering.

Process & Methodology

Translate customer insights, experimentation, and data into actionable roadmaps., Comfortable managing a broad scope with lean resources and making smart tradeoffs for maximum impact.
