What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5–8+ years of product management experience, Demonstrated ability to develop coherent product strategy from ambiguous problem spaces, translating strategy into phased, executable roadmaps, analytical and problem-solving, Direct experience with DTC subscription products, digital consumer growth funnels, best-in-class onboarding and gamification mechanics, running structured experimentation programs at scale, Deep customer empathy and product intuition, rigorous, data-informed, read between the lines of customer feedback, form/validate hypotheses explicitly, Completely self-sufficient, comfortable defining problems, structuring approaches, driving clarity in fast-moving, loosely-defined spaces, commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools
