THE ROLE We are looking for Product Manager who thrive at the intersection of user obsession, data, and fast execution. You'll own meaningful product areas end-to-end: from discovery to delivery, working directly with founders, engineers, designers, to build financial products that millions of people depend on. We want someone who thinks like a founder: deeply curious about the why, ruthless about prioritization, and energized by the messy, fast-moving reality of building at scale. You'll be given real ownership from day one and expected to set the bar for product quality at ARQ. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area, from a rough idea to a feature. - Drive product execution with speed alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and operators - and do whatever it takes to launch. - Deeply understand our users, their behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data, customer interviews, and market insights. - Define and track success metrics, using data to guide prioritization and validate every decision. - Lead partnerships with external providers - banks, processors, data vendors - when relevant to your domain. - Contribute meaningfully to the development of ARQ’s product manage
