Must Have
5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in fintech, lending, cards, or related consumer financial products, Proven track record of improving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer products, Proven ability to manage a complex product surface area with many stakeholders, Experience working closely with senior leaders to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives, analytical and problem-solving skills, Comfortable using data to inform decisions
Nice to Have
Familiarity with BNPL, installment lending, or open-loop card products, Experience with cashflow-based underwriting or alternative credit models, Familiarity with consumer credit regulations
