About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (EVV) to join our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) product line. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you will own the EVV product roadmap across US state programs, manages the lifecycle of state aggregator integrations (including HHAeXchange and Sandata), and is accountable for ensuring AlayaCare's homecare agency customers remain EVV-compliant across every state in which they operate. The role requires a rare combination of regulatory domain expertise, technical fluency in data exchange and API integrations, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with hard compliance deadlines. Senior Product Managers in this role consistently demonstrate curiosity and passion for both their customers, homecare agencies navigating evolving Medicaid mandates and the product process itself, while coaching more junior team members. What You’ll Do Lead the strategic vision and product lifecycle of AlayaCare's EVV product line, including gathering and prioritizing requirements across US state aggregator integrations, defining the EVV roadmap, and working closely with Engineering, Client Success, Legal, and Sales to ensure customer compliance and revenue goals are met.
