What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related technical field required, Minimum of 3 years of product management experience required, Experience managing software products, APIs, or platform integrations, preferably within consumer electronics, IoT, smart home, or connected device environments, understanding of the API integration lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining workflows, and driving successful implementation, Proven experience writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable deliverables, Ability to work closely with engineering and R&D teams to drive execution, prioritize deliverables, and resolve integration challenges, customer-facing communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and solutions to enterprise and B2B partners, Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across multiple departments and remote teams, analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments, Deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to anticipate customer and end-user needs, Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in delivering results, Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and emerging smart home technologies

Prior experience in consumer electronics, smart home, IoT, or connected device industries, Hands-on experience using smart home ecosystems and products, with a understanding of how smart home technology enhances everyday life, Experience working in startup or high-growth environments with rapidly evolving priorities, Familiarity with enterprise2B product delivery and partner integration models, Technical background or experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams on API-driven platforms and integrations
