Must Have
6-8+ years of product management experience owning outcomes in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations, Deep working knowledge of healthcare data: claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider networks, and medical records, Experience working directly with enterprise customers or partners on data delivery, quality, and technical coordination, Experience in health-tech involving payer, provider, or value-based care data operations, Managed multiple concurrent integration efforts and can keep a growing portfolio moving, Builds infrastructure that scales, Thinks in terms of patterns and systems, Sees AI as essential to data operations, not optional, and has experience using it to investigate, validate, and scale work that would otherwise require manual effort, Thrives in an empowered product organization and can drive a roadmap with limited direction
