What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of product management experience, at least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains, Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC), Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E), strategic thinking, with ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirements, Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
Nice to Have
advanced degree is a plus, Relevant IAM certifications and/pr insurance industry experience is a plus

Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform
Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk
Monitor industry trends
and threat landscapes
Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
and continuously optimize IAM services
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders; Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle; Influence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes; Mentor and coach junior product managers
