What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of PM experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, Direct experience with Brazil's cross-border payments ecosystem is mandatory, Deep knowledge of the Brazilian FX regulatory framework, including Central Bank's Resolution, eFX scope rules, NRA account mechanics, IOF treatment, and ACAM reporting obligations, Practical understanding of Non-Resident Account structures, Virtual Account (VA) mechanics, and FX broker/custody bank relationships in Brazil, Understanding of how FX closing, daily netting, safeguarding compliance, and intercompany fund movements work in a multi-entity payments operation, Proven track record managing products for large-scale enterprise merchants in a cross-border or FX context, Ability to navigate complex merchant requirements involving regulatory constraints and operational customization, understanding of API design, payment event flows, data pipelines, and the technical architecture behind real-time settlement and regulatory reporting systems, Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal — are mandatory
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Brazil's virtual asset regulatory landscape and its intersection with payment infrastructure is a plus, Spanish fluency is highly preferred, Portuguese is a advantage
