What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in product management, proven record in conversational AI or related fields, understanding of telephony services and Contact Center applications for call centers agents, hands-on experience in solutions like e. g. Twilio for building call flows with multiple queues, Solid understanding and experience with LLM applications, use AI tools in your own product management work, Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive decision-making, Experience in international product roll-outs and managing diverse stakeholder expectations, You thrive in high growth/fast paced environments and have experience in working in start-up/scale-ups

Take full ownership of our Voice AI and chatbot platform and their integrations
Deliver measurable business impact
Deploy state-of-the-art technology
Leverage conversational AI to increase the quality and efficiency of our customer service operations
Optimize conversion throughout the customer journey
Lead the international roll-out
expansion and continuous improvement of our AI (voice) bots
Scale and optimize our AI chatbots
ensuring its successful deployment across international markets
Enable AUTO1 group’s tech-teams to deploy conversational AI solutions for their customer touch points
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for conversational AI products
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive data-driven improvements and innovations
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in conversational AI and telephony services
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with our agile development teams, stakeholders, and business partners across Europe; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our existing customer service infrastructure
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Process & Methodology
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap
