Full Job Description

About Ditto: Ditto is redefining how data moves at the edge. Our mission is to make it seamless for developers to build resilient, real-time applications, regardless of network conditions. Whether you're in a stadium, airplane, or remote military base, Ditto's peer-to-peer sync engine ensures devices stay connected and data stays consistent, even without internet. With more than $145 million in funding and trusted by organizations like Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, and the U.S. military, Ditto powers mission-critical experiences across aviation, retail, travel, hospitality, defense, and more. As a globally distributed, fast-growing startup, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the wide range of perspectives needed to solve the world’s hardest connectivity problems. As the Staff Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure & Platform, you will own the product strategy and user journey across all three of Ditto's cloud deployment models: SaaS, Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), and Self-Managed. This is a critical, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of enterprise deployment strategy, cloud infrastructure, and field GTM execution. You will define how customers successfully deploy and operate Ditto in their environments, working directly with customers and internal GTM teams to gather requirements, shape deployment strategies, and deliver solutions that work across the full spectrum of enterprise infrastructure landscapes, including government cloud environments. You will own the backlog for this space end-to-end, translating complex deployment and operational requirements into a clear product roadmap, while acting as the connective tissue between customers, field teams, and engineering. AS A STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & PLATFORM, YOU WILL: - Own the product roadmap across Ditto's three deployment models (SaaS, BYOC, Self-Managed), ensuring a coherent and well-differentiated user journey for each - Engage directly
