Must Have
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within casino, gaming, betting, social casino, or entertainment-led consumer products., understanding of player engagement, retention mechanics, gamification systems, and live operations., Track record of owning product strategy and delivering impactful features from concept through launch and iteration., analytical and commercial mindset, comfortable using data and experimentation to drive product decisions., Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, CRM, Data, and Commercial stakeholders., Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with high ownership and autonomy., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Passion for building exceptional user experiences and challenging traditional industry thinking.
