What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of product management experience, at least 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products, experience building products around APIs, orchestration systems, workflows, or automation platforms, Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system observability, analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, building funnels, and driving root-cause analysis, Proven ability to write clear, structured PRDs and simplify complex technical concepts for execution, Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CXO-level leadership, leadership skills with experience mentoring junior product talent, Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership environments
Nice to Have
Experience working on automation, RPA, workflow engines, or agent-based systems is highly preferred, Exposure to AI/ML product ecosystems including LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, or MLOps is a plus, Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and modern data/AI infrastructure is an advantage
