What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of product management experience, at least 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products, experience building products around APIs, orchestration systems, workflows, or automation platforms, Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system observability, analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, building funnels, and driving root-cause analysis, Proven ability to write clear, structured PRDs and simplify complex technical concepts for execution, Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CXO-level leadership, leadership skills with experience mentoring junior product talent, Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership environments
Nice to Have
Experience working on automation, RPA, workflow engines, or agent-based systems is highly preferred, Exposure to AI/ML product ecosystems including LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, or MLOps is a plus, Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and modern data/AI infrastructure is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Own and drive the product roadmap for the automation and agent orchestration platform
Define the long-term product vision including agent lifecycle
orchestration patterns
and monitoring frameworks
Design system guardrails including human-in-the-loop workflows
and intelligent routing mechanisms
Establish and optimize product success metrics including automation funnel (Task Volume → Attempted → Processed → Completed)
Write detailed PRDs and translate complex requirements into clear engineering deliverables
backlog prioritization
and cross-functional execution with engineering
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful client onboarding and production go-lives
Present product strategy
and outcomes to senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders
Mentor associate product managers and analysts to build product execution capabilities
Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability
Work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality API design and distributed system architecture alignment
